For over two decades, we observed a trend in the non-profit sector: small, community-based organizations, dedicated to serving their local communities, were being overlooked by consulting firms and service providers. These passionate and mission-driven organizations often received subpar services from providers who failed to recognize their value and potential. Instead of receiving the support they deserved, these groups struggled to achieve their missions, hindered by impractical and non-cost-effective guidance.

This issue struck a chord with us, challenging our personal ideals and motivating us to act. We believed that these smaller non-profits, often the lifeblood of their communities, deserved better - better services, better guidance, and better chances to thrive. It was clear that without the right support, their potential to create positive change would remain underrealized.
